Why isn’t my tracking number showing updates?
Please note that USPS tracking information can take 1–3 business days to appear in their system after your order has been shipped. This short delay is normal and happens while the package is processed at USPS facilities.
What you can do:
Wait at least 1–3 business days after receiving your tracking number before checking again.
Make sure the tracking number is entered exactly as it appears in your order confirmation email.
If your tracking still shows no updates after 3 business days, please email us at support@trustedstamps.shop with your order number and tracking number, and our team will investigate and provide assistance.
Tips for Smooth USPS Tracking
USPS sometimes delays updating tracking details until the package reaches the next scanning facility.
Packages sent via First-Class, Priority, or Media Mail may have different tracking update frequencies.
Keep your order confirmation email handy—it contains your tracking number and estimated delivery date.
